Berta López-van Dam has joined the Promora Inmobiliaria team as Marketing Manager of the company. Her mission is to conceive and lead the company’s global marketing strategy, with the aim of transferring the deep-rooted values of the family business to which she belongs, strengthening its presence in the competitive luxury real estate market.
In her new role, Berta will lead, coordinate and supervise the different external teams that manage the company’s online marketing, ensuring a coherent integration between On-page and Off-page SEO strategies to optimise organic visibility in search engines. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and executing Ads campaigns on key platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, with the aim of capturing and converting high quality leads. Your focus will also include the constant analysis and optimisation of the digital presence through advanced web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the implementation of remarketing tactics to maximise the return on advertising investment.
Berta will bring a young and fresh vision, vital to innovate and stay competitive in a sector as demanding as luxury real estate. Her academic background, which includes a degree in Marketing and Advertising and a master’s degree in marketing focused on luxury tourism management from Les Roches Marbella Hospitality, supports her as a professional with a solid theoretical and practical base, ready to face the challenges of marketing in a constantly evolving digital environment.
